Oksana Grigorieva: You are acting as a crazy man right now. And you have been for many many months. And you hit me and you hit her. While she was in my hands. Mel, you are losing your mind. You need medication.

Mel: YOU NEED A F*%KING KICK UP THE A$$ FOR BEING A B!TCH C**T GOLD-DIGGING WH@RE!! WITH A [indecipherable] SON, AND I WANT MY CHILD, AND NO ONE WILL BELIEVE YOU! SO F*%K YOU. I'M NOT GIVING YOU MY HOUSE, AND YOU CAN ROT. UNLESS YOU CRAWL BACK AND S--K MY C@CK IN THAT ORDER.

Wow.

In the sixth tape of the actor losing it on Oksana (follow this link for all the Mel Gibson rants), he hurls the usual vile insults and appears generally insane.

Gibson and Grigorieva are engaged in an increasingly ugly custody fight over their daughter, Lucia, while Mel is under investigation for domestic violence.

Mel's attorneys have suggested that the tapes were recorded without his consent, as well as potentially altered. They also deny he attacked her physically.

She claims the tapes - along with a gruesome photo of her bruised face - prove her abuse allegation against him and that he is simply blaming the victim.

Gibson's camp has painted her as a extortionist, and there was apparently a $15 million settlement regarding custody and the tapes that she did not sign.

Lethal Weapon 5? Mel Gibson Accused of Gun Threat Against Oksana Grigorieva

In what is quickly becoming an uglier feud by the day, Oksana Grigorieva has apparently told Sheriff's deputies Mel Gibson threatened her - with a gun.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Department is investigating the actor for alleged domestic battery, assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment.

The investigation is based on the following:

• Domestic Violence: Oksana alleges Mel punched her in the face twice, knocking out a tooth and chipping another one. Mel's lawyers deny this.
• Assault with a Deadly Weapon: Oksana told deputies Mel threatened her with a handgun at his Malibu home, an allegation based on her word.
• Child Endangerment: Oksana claims that on January 6 of this year, Mel allegedly punched her in the face while she was holding their daughter.

There was also that racist, sexist tirade.

The accusations are piling up against Mel ... but is Oksana lying?

As we reported earlier today, Mel's lawyers will likely present evidence to deputies that Oksana made up some of the stories and tried to extort him.

He is expected to allege that she has demanded cash in return for secret, recorded tapes of their explosive arguments, some of which were leaked.

According to TMZ, Mel's lawyers will meet with officials to argue Mel is innocent of any crime against Oksana Grigorieva, and the victim of extortion.

The website also claims Mel's lawyers will present evidence that Oksana lied to Sheriff's deputies by knowingly making numerous false statements.

The Sheriff's Department will present the case to the L.A. County D.A.'s office for felony review ... probably in two weeks. More details to come ..

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva Split

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva, his Russian musician-singer girlfriend and mother of their 5-month-old daughter, have split after over a year of dating, a source tells PEOPLE.

"They just drifted apart," says a close friend of the couple of the amicable split. "They’re both working hard on their careers and trying to raise a sweet baby together. They're still friends and they'll both raise Lucia together."

Gibson is in Mexico filming How I Spent My Summer Vacation, and Grigorieva is working on her music. Next week, she has plans to perform a charity concert in Russia to benefit "Grant Life," a foundation to help children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

In addition to Lucia, who was born on October 30, 2009, Gibson, 54, has seven children (six sons and a daughter) with his estranged wife Robyn, while Grigorieva has a son, Alexander, with her former boyfriend, actor Timothy Dalton.

In April of last year, the actor's wife of 30 years filed for divorce. Later that month, he and Grigorieva made their first public appearance together as a couple.
